Ticket return policy

In case if a match is changed, canceled or postponed, the ticket’s price will be completely remediated to a customer. (100%)

It is possible to return tickets in the following period:

- since the moment of the official announcement of the postponement till the beginning of the match;

- upon the consumer initiative before the matchday, if the other requirements of the tickets return are not specified by the match organizer. At the matchday the application for refund of funds is not accepted.

Ticket return (registered security forms)

A consumer may apply the registered security form to the ticket office where a ticket was purchased. In order to refund of funds a consumer must provide:

• Documents identifying person

• The ticket (original form)

E-ticket return

In order to return e-ticket a consumer has to contact FC Rostov Administration at the address: Rostov-on-Don, Sholohova st., 31е, office 10, opening hours from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM on working days. A consumer must provide:

• An application formed by the owner of the bankcard that was used to make payment;

• Document identifying person.

The receiving of funds is done by means of cash transfer to the bankcard with that was used to make payment in 10 bank working days since the moment of the application submission.
