How to buy tickets?
1. Sing up.
To start working with the system you need to register on the website, clicking the bottom to sing up.
In respect with that your first and second names specified at the registration are published at the electronic tickets, you shall enter your real data singing up on the website. Contact information such as your telephone number and email is required in case to notify you promptly about some changes with the match for which you have already purchased tickets.
The declared personal data remains confidential.
2. Choice of the match
You can find an interesting you match at the event’s list in How to buy tickets section. Press the bottom “buy ticket” in front of the interesting you event.
The stadium layout and description of a match will be opened.
3. Tickets booking
If seats are unavailable, they are grey coloured. To find out the ticket’s price you may press the bottom of the same colour as it matched at the colour legend positioned below the stadium layout.
To choose a place, press on a free seat at the layout and it will be booked, it’s colour will be changed to yellow.
The reservation time is available for 30 mins. You shall use that time to make purchase. In 30 mins the reservation will be over automatically.
4. Payment details.
To verify correctness of your purchase you can do by means of looking through the page. If you want to delete some seats, you can press X close to each one. If you want to add seats you, need to repeat the procedure of choosing an interesting you event and increase the number of reserved places.
Having checked all information, you can make payment by pressing the bottom “pay”.
5. Electronic tickets (e-tickets)
What is an electronic ticket?
It is a personal document which is done in an electronic way in the PDF format (Acrobat Reader documents). A customer shouldn’t change it in the ticket offices. It is available to download the e-ticket in your account in “My payments section” after making a purchase.
Security measures for e-tickets
We are warning you that a bar code is placed at the electronic ticket, which is valid only for one entrance to the stadium. If a third person makes a copy of your ticket, he/she can use it and pass the check points before you. You should not give it to a third person. In case if you lose the ticket or the bar code is not valid you may apply to the technical support service by e-mail asking for changing your bar code. Having changed it, the ticket with the new data will be available for downloading in your account.
Receiving e-tickets
Having made a purchase in the “Orders section”, the link for downloading will be valid in the PDF format - “Press”. In case of one-time booking of multiply tickets, there will be done a multi-page file with several e-tickets. Adobe Reader program is necessary to open file with e-tickets. You can download a free version of the program here.
To attend a match is possible with a printed e-ticket only!
When you pass the check point, a steward is granted a right to ask you to show an identification person document to compare it with the data at your e-ticket. In case if you have purchased several tickets for your friends and relatives, you should stay with them as a steward can ask for checking data with your identification person document.
In case of one-time booking of multiply tickets, there will be done a multi-page file with several e-tickets.
